A stage manager is more than someone with a clipboard. At Hands 4 Events we supply stage managers who oversee the whole picture: from the first truck to the final strike. They write run sheets, brief all departments, coordinate with technical crews, artists, production and venue, and guard both the timing and the atmosphere on stage.

We deploy stage managers at festivals (per stage or overall), on concert productions, on TV recordings and on corporate events. They work in close consultation with your production office, or act as the central point themselves for smaller events. NL / FR / EN, experienced with international crews and artists.

Our stage managers bring calm where things get hectic and can make decisions without reporting back on every single one. They report clearly and keep everyone — band, crew, client — on the same page.
