The managing director is a certified level 3 prevention advisor himself and stands on the floor with the crew. The rules on paper are the same as the rules on site.
For medical supervision and advice we work together with Mediwet as the external service for prevention and protection.
The foundation
THE FUNDAMENTALS.
In-house prevention advisor
Level 3 certified, in training towards level 2.
Risk analysis per role
Every crew role has a workstation sheet with a risk analysis using the Kinney method, from stagehand to MEWP operator.
External prevention service
Cooperation with Mediwet for medical supervision and advice.
PPE policy
Clear equipment requirements per site, with S3 safety shoes as the minimum. What that exactly means is covered in our guide to safety shoes.

| MEWP operator | Valid MEWP certificate (IPAF or equivalent), workstation sheet |
| Stage manager | Site coordination and briefing responsibility |
| Hospitality crew | Hygiene and safety instructions specific to the role |
VCA is present within the crew wherever the site asks for it. That is how we work on every site, from the Sportpaleis (read: hiring crew in Antwerp) to the mud of the festival meadow (read: hiring festival crew).
